We are looking for a motivated US Recruitment Intern (IT/Engineering) who is eager to learn and build a career in talent acquisition, working on hiring for US-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US-based engineering roles
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals and internal databases
- Understand job requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain candidate pipelines (Excel) and update ATS regularly
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Learn US recruitment processes, compliance and time-zone management
Requirements
- Strong interest in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition
- Good communication skills (verbal & written English) - Mandatory
- Basic understanding of IT/Engineering roles (preferred)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in US time zones (Mandatory - CST)
